I used this service on my first solo trip to Korea. They took lots of photos for me and took me to the nearest station on the way back. I'm not fluent in Korean, but I was able to communicate in Japanese, English, and with a translator. There were no safety concerns. I'd like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

The flight was fun, the staff were friendly and could comunicate in english. 
I paid an extra 20000won for the "extra fun" flight and it was really nice. Sadly the flight was only 5min because there wasn't enough wind, so keep in mind that you might not get your full money's worth.

Because I didn't receive any pick-up information, I was a little uneasy before departure. Fortunately, the driver arrived at 10:40 on time. What I didn't expect was a truck, but the driver was very nice. We were dropped off at the paragliding area, but there was no one at the reception. After waiting for about 10 minutes, someone finally showed up. This was all a fly in the ointment.

Later, when I went paragliding, the store recommended adding 20,000 won for the Art course. We added it. The whole feeling was very exciting. My instructor was very good. He controlled the paraglider while taking pictures. He also said that because it was hot and windy that day, we flew for almost 20 minutes, and the video effect is also very good. It's a pity that my friend's coach did not assist in filming. My friend held the Go Pro during the whole process. The effect was not as good as mine, but overall it was fun. I recommend it!

This is a MUST! Another thing to tick off your bucketlist! Creatrip was very responsive to my questions and requests. I changed the pick up location as it is easier for me to travel by train and they allowed it without any hassle. 
The driver was on time. The instructors were very helpful and they spoke English too. I wore the wrong footwear and they lent me another pair. 10/10! Would recommend to those who want another kind of adventure! 

A happy and unforgettable experience, highly recommended!
