4. Enjoy the tour!

• The tour uses a van for up to 10 people with a professional driver. For groups of 11 or more, a guide will join you in a minibus.
• The viewing experience for autumn leaves, silver grass, pink muhly, and cosmos may vary depending on the timing.
• The itinerary for Option A may change to Option B based on the condition of the flowers. Any changes will be communicated to you before departure.
• The van driver will communicate in basic English, and translation services in Chinese and English are available through phone or app.
• When booking, please be sure to select a shuttle bus pick-up location.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. We will depart promptly to avoid inconvenience to other customers.
• Departure times may be delayed, or schedules may change on the day due to road conditions.
• Typically, the tour schedule is not affected by rain, but if the weather conditions are severely unfavorable, the departure date may be changed, or a refund will be issued.
• Children under 36 months can join for free, but no separate seat will be provided.
