- The makeup kit is unavailable to customers without a makeup service included booking.
- Late customers are subject to cancellation without refunds.
- Your booking is confirmed after you've made your payment. The booking will not be sent to the store if the payment is not complete.
- Woori Dongnae Photo Studio runs 100% on bookings. You will not be able to have a session without a booking.
- If you'd like to change your date or time of booking, please email help@creatrip.com.
- Women's formal wear sizes range from XS - XL. You may rent a blouse free of charge. Men's formal wear sizes range from XS - XL. You may rent a shirt and tie free of charge.
- Unless you have booked C. Full Package, then you must bring your own makeup.
- From Jonggak Station exit 10, walk straight for 10 meters until you come across the building with Coffee Bean on the second floor. Woori Dongnae Photo Studio is on the fifth floor of that same building.
