- Delivery to companies, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity lodgings/company is no available. Even if it is returned, it will be non refundable. When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.
- In some areas, additional delivery charges may be required at the site according to the store's policy. As costs vary by region, they cannot be pre-determined or prepaid, and must be paid upon the delivery person's arrival. Since card payments may not be available, it is recommended to prepare cash in advance. (The same applies to gifts, and the recipient must be informed beforehand).
