USIM Activation Guide
- Check the SIM card tray location on your mobile phone.
- Separate the SIM tray by poking it with a SIM ejector pin.
- Separate the SIM card.
- Check the shape of the SIM card and SIM tray, then insert the SIM accordingly.
- Fully insert the SIM tray into the phone.
- Restart the phone (for carrier frequency transmission).
- Select "Confirm" when the data roaming popup appears.
- Verify the normal usage of the mobile network on the upper right side of the SIM card.
USIM Compatible Devices
- Only compatible with models that have a USIM module integrated into the device.
- Refunds are not possible due to incompatibility reasons. Please check your device compatibility before making a purchase.
- More compatible devices may be added later based on the manufacturer's policies.
- Devices with a country lock cannot use USIM services. Please unlock the device before use.
- For details on compatibility and usage of unlisted devices, please check with the manufacturer.

How to Check Country Lock Status
Go to Settings➜ General ➜ About
If it shows "No SIM restrictions" under the carrier lock section, the country lock is lifted.
If locked, please request an unlock from your current carrier.

Cancelation Policy
- The date that you select when booking is the date that you will receive the SIM. Reservations can be canceled or changed up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Orders are automatically confirmed after payment.
- Prices are in KRW and are subject to real-time fluctuations based on the exchange rate. Therefore, payment will be processed at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- Upon arriving in Korea, connect to the airport's free WiFi and visit the designated pickup location to receive and activate your USIM.
- Only unlocked devices are supported.
- Not recommended for use with smartphones released before 2016.
- For unsupported models, data compatibility, refunds, and compensation are not guaranteed. If using an unlisted device, please contact help@creatrip.com for assistance.
- Please confirm in advance if your mobile phone's country lock is unlocked.
- The maximum quantity of SIM cards available for purchase per passport is three.
