- You must enter the correct English or Korean address when booking. If the address is incorrect, the passenger is responsible, so you won't be eligible for a refund.

- If your company is 4 people with too much baggage, you should reserve the large sized taxi.
- Cancellations and refunds are only possible 3 days before departure.
