How To Use

- Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
- A deposit must be paid at the time of reservation to confirm the booking. The remaining amount, excluding the deposit, must be paid at the store on the day of the visit (Haircut: 4,000 KRW / Other services: 10,000 KRW).
- The prices listed above are inclusive of a 20% discount, which will be applied when writing both a Google & Creatrip review.
- Please keep in mind that these are average prices, and prices will vary on-site after consultation.
- Prices vary based on hair length as well.

- Canceled at least 3 days before reserved date: 100% refund
- Canceled 2 days before reserved date and later: No refund
Things To Keep In Mind
- Depending on the type of clinic and the addition of extra services, there may be an additional cost (to be paid on-site).
- The beauty treatment duration typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours.
- Please note that specific designers cannot be assigned in advance, and there may be variations in treatment costs depending on the designer.
- If you reserve more than one service but only receive one on-site due to unavoidable reasons (such as hair quality issues), you'll receive the deposit refund for that service through Creatrip, not the hair salon.
- There are three locations: Main 1st Branch, Hongdae Romantic Branch and Hanok Branch. Please check the location when making a reservation.
- To ensure a smooth process, please accurately fill in the required information on the reservation page.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled, and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
- For customers with damaged hair due to processes like bleaching or dyeing, perming procedures are not possible.
- Please make a reservation by selecting the right amount of people.
- One person can make reservation for 2 or more products.
- Please note that the last available reservation time is different for each service.
