Our Visit

We visit SOONSIKI Hair in Hongdae regularly, and every time we go, we are super impressed by their service and the results. Check out our visit to see what it's like to get your hair done at SOONSIKI's flagship hair salon!

As soon as we entered, we were offered a seat and a refreshing cup of water. Then they took our belongings to store in the lockers.

We were given robes to change into and they mentioned that they were specially customized so your clothes are safe from hair dye. It's quite rare to see such attention to detail like this!

They also handed us an amenities pouch for us to use during our appointment. It included a mask, hair tie, mouth wash, phone charger, hand sanitizer, etc. You can also find a card in English with more info and guidelines!

When the hair designer assigned to us was ready, we went through a detailed consultation about our current hair condition and the hairstyle we want. Basic English communication is possible, but it is best to bring a couple photos of the style you want. 

We were then brought to the styling area and offered a drink. You can choose from coffee, tea, and more!

Since hair appointments can get long, especially if you're dyeing or bleaching your hair, SOONSIKI will provide snacks for you to eat throughout your appointment. We were even offered refills for our drinks!

Throughout the appointment, Soonsiki uses products from ACEUMDU, their in-house brand. The products are all-natural and easy to use! The directors of SOONSIKI are very skilled and well-known in the hair industry in Korea, so you can trust their products, which have been tested for 2 whole years!
