What is Creatrip Points and How Do They Work?
If you want to get more value from your trip to Korea, Creatrip Points are worth knowing about. It’s a simple rewards system where you earn points by making bookings and leaving reviews, then use those points like cash on the Creatrip website.
- 1 point = 1 KRW
- ex. 5,000 points = 5,000 KRW (≈ 5000)
- Points are managed based on KRW, with exchange rates applied.
- e.x. USD amounts are limited to two decimal places, with any additional decimals rounded down.
- You can check your points and usage history on My Page.
- Points cannot be refunded as cash and cannot be transferred, inherited, or assigned to another account.
How to Receive Creatrip Points?
Reservations & Purchases
- Book a travel experience on Creatrip.
- After your reservation, go to My Page → Reservations.
- Click the 'MARK AS FINISHED' button to earn points worth 1% of your total spending.
- Points are credited after the service has been completed.

Writing Reviews
- Go to My Page → Reservations
- Leave a review and submit.
- Text review: Earn 1.0% of the product purchase amount.

- First review bonus: Text review: 5× points; Photo review: 10× points

Point Revocation and Refunds
- If points are earned through methods not approved by Creatrip, they may be removed without prior notice.
- In the case of a refund, any amount paid in cash or card will be refunded first. Any remaining amount will be returned as points.
- If points earned from reviews are later revoked according to the Terms of Service after they have already been used, the equivalent number of points will be deducted from your balance.
FAQ
Q: Is there an expiration date for the points?
A: Points are valid for 3 years from the date they are earned. (e.x.: Points earned on January 1, 2025 can be used until December 31, 2027. Points issued through special events may have a different validity period. Unused points will automatically expire at 12:00 AM on the expiration date.
Q: Is there a limit on paying with points?
A: No, you can pay the full amount with points even if your points exceed the reservation amount. There are no restrictions related to using points (up to a certain percentage, up to a certain number of points, etc.).
Q: Can points be used with coupons?
A: Yes, it is possible to use points together with coupons.
Q: Can you get back the points you spent if you cancel your order and get a refund?
A: Yes, if you cancel your order and receive a refund, the points you spent will be returned to you.
Q: Are the points I get calculated in USD?
A: If you log into the English page, the rewards earned in KRW are automatically converted to USD (1P equals 1 KRW); you can also change the language, and the points will be automatically converted into the currency of that language.
Q: How can I check my points?
A: After logging into the Creatrip website, check your points in My Page > Your Credit Balance.
Q: If I pay the full amount in points when making a reservation, can I receive points again for the same reservation?
A: No, points are awarded as a fixed percentage of the amount charged to the credit card.
Q: Can I receive points even if the reservation status is not marked as 'MARK AS FINISHED'?
A: For reservations that require a specific date, once that date passes, the system automatically processes it as 'MARK AS FINISHED', and the points are awarded automatically. For reservations that do not require a specific date, you need to manually click the 'MARK AS FINISHED' button to receive points (you can receive additional points by leaving a photo review).
Q: Can points be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash?
A: No, it is not possible to transfer points, as they are exclusive to the account they were earned with and therefore cannot be transferred or used elsewhere. It is also not possible to exchange points for cash.
