The $100 coupon can only be used during the concert period from June 16 to 18, and cannot be used at certain brand stores such as Chanel, Cartier, and Gucci.

Seats are not assigned and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis within the purchased section at the ticket pick-up location.

The customer is responsible for lost or damaged tickets, and tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please be careful as entry will not be allowed without a ticket.

Entry will not be allowed after the designated time. If you arrive late, you may be denied entry.

Children under 36 months of age cannot attend the concert, and teenagers under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

In the event of inclement weather, such as rain or snow, the departure will proceed, but if the weather conditions are severe, the departure date may be changed or a refund may be issued.

Lotte Duty Free Family Concert has been held a total of 31 times since 2006, with a total of 1.19 million spectators. The 31st concert featured world-famous artists such as BTS, Super Junior, and Twice, while the 30th concert showcased popular singers such as BTS, TXT, and Hwang Chi-yeul, but unfortunately, all performances were held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year's 32nd Family Concert is expected to draw the attention and interest of K-pop fans as it will be held offline for the first time in four years since 2019. This concert will be held at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena located in the Seoul Olympic Park. The Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena is a large stadium that can accommodate about 15,000 people.
