The '2025 Shin Yu-Bae Journey Season 2 - Diaspora' will take place from March 21 to 27 in Japan, marking a unique artistic venture combining pantomime, traditional Korean painting, and pansori (Korean traditional musical storytelling). This event, featuring first-generation Korean mime artist Yoo Jin-kyu and other renowned Korean artists, aims to comfort and connect with the Korean diaspora in Japan, particularly in places of historical significance such as Osaka's Korea Town and sites related to forced labor during the Japanese occupation. The project seeks to bring emotional solace and cultural pride to the Korean diaspora during the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation. Before the performance tour, a crowdfunding campaign will be launched to cover production and logistical costs.
