25,000 Visitors Attend 'Light of Creation' & 'DDP Design & Art' Exhibitions in Seoul

The Seoul Design Foundation announced the successful conclusion of 'Light of Creation: Shining on Korea' and the outdoor 'DDP Design & Art' exhibitions, the first in Asia by 'Design Miami in Situ'. Held at the DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza), the events drew 250,000 visitors and highlighted Seoul's emerging role as a global design culture hub. The exhibitions included contributions from international and local artists, plus a design talk on Korean design's identity and global competitiveness. Noteworthy features included large-scale installations by French artist Vincent Leroy and Australian studio ENESS, emphasizing Seoul's prominence in the global design network.
