Lotte Hotel Seoul is hosting a special gala dinner featuring Chef Yeo Kyung-rae at the Dorim Chinese restaurant on the 20th. This event will showcase a variety of traditional Chinese dishes reinterpreted with a modern touch. The course menu includes jellyfish, conch, five-spiced beef, signature Moss Shrimp, beef with black pepper, and more. Wine and premium Baijiu (Chinese spirit) pairings are also available. The gala dinner is priced at 500,000 KRW per person, including drinks. Chef Yeo's special menu will also be available as lunch and dinner options at Dorim from the 20th to the 28th, with prices ranging from 230,000 to 280,000 KRW per person.
