Grand Prix of Korean Dance 2025: Finals Scheduled on November 25

The finals of the 'Grand Prix of Korean Dance 2025', jointly hosted by the Korea Dance Association and the city of Siheung and organized by the Grand Prix of Korean Dance Committee, will be held on November 25 at Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival. Nine Korean dance troupes will compete consisting of four Korean Creative Dance troupes, four Modern Dance troupes, and one Creative Ballet troupe. The top two groups will advance to the December finals at Arko Art Theatre. Awards include the Presidential Prize and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Prize. Performance pieces explore various themes, judged by expert and public panels. The event promotes sustainable practices with eco-friendly materials and minimal waste for its promotional materials to raise awareness about carbon neutrality in the performing arts.
