Lotte Chilsung Beverage, a leading company in South Korea, has been recognized for its commitment to sustainable ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. The company has established a roadmap to reduce its use of new plastics by 20% by 2030 through strategies like reducing the weight of plastic containers and increasing the use of recycled materials. It introduced the first label-free PET bottles and transparent PET bottles for beer, pioneering resource recycling in packaging. These efforts earned them a government award on Environment Day.
