Seoul Museum of Art Opens Applications for Emerging Artists Support Program 2025

The Seoul Museum of Art has announced the opening of its 2025 Emerging Artists Support Program. Applications are accepted online through the museum's website until the 20th of the month. The program, initiated in 2008, provides promising artists and curators with financial support for exhibition costs. Selected participants will receive significant funding, ranging from 10 million KRW (approximately 8,400 USD) for artists to 13 million KRW for curators. Additional support includes access to gallery operations, promotional assistance through the museum's social media, and collaboration with museum specialists. This program is open to Korean fine artists and curators with at least one prior exhibition planning experience. The museum director encourages many fresh and innovative artists and curators to apply.
