Korean Male Ballet Dancer Makes History at Prix de Lausanne

16-year-old Korean ballet dancer, Yoonjae Park, became the first Korean male dancer to win the prestigious International Ballet Competition 'Prix de Lausanne' held in Switzerland. Known as a gateway for young ballet talents, the competition is in its 53rd edition this year. Park's victory demonstrates the world-class level of junior ballet in South Korea. He expressed immense gratitude and emotion upon receiving the Best Young Talent Award and the top scholarship. Another Korean dancer, Bokyung Kim, was also recognized as an 8th place scholar.
