Chef Cho Gwang-hyo, known for his appearance on Netflix's "Black and White Chef," runs the restaurants Cho Gwang201 and Gwanghyo001. Initially a comic book store owner, his interest in recreating dishes from comics led him to pursue a culinary career. His signature dishes, like soft-textured Dongpo Pork and balanced flavors in Mapo Tofu, are well-loved. Despite the fun comic inspiration, Cho studies various culinary sources to create new dishes. He believes customer feedback on plates is key for continuous improvement.
