Discounted Accommodation for Autumn and Winter Travelers in Korea

The South Korean government is launching the 'Second Half Accommodation Sale Festa' starting from August 20th to boost domestic travel during the upcoming autumn and winter seasons. Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism along with the Korea Tourism Organization, this event aims to distribute a total of 800,000 accommodation discount vouchers worth 23.6 billion KRW.
These vouchers offer significant discounts at regional accommodation facilities, excluding the Seoul metropolitan area. Special deals are available for areas affected by natural disasters, such as wildfires and floods, with higher discounts provided. The event is divided into two periods, Autumn & Special Disaster Area from August 20 to October 30, and Winter from November 3 to December 7.
