The Terrace, a premium buffet restaurant at Grand Hyatt Seoul, is hosting a 'Taste of Saigon' promotion from August 11th to 31st. This event, which is part of a culinary project featuring chefs from various Hyatt locations worldwide, brings the flavors and spirit of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to Seoul. The buffet includes a rotating menu of three themes that change every three days, allowing diners to experience different types of Saigon cuisine each visit. Traditional dishes like pho and banh mi, as well as street food-inspired casual dishes, are available. The restaurant's interior is transformed with themed decorations and staff wearing the traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai to enhance the ambiance. Prices are set at 130,000 KRW for lunch and 170,000 KRW for dinner.
