Walnut Snack 'Buchang Confectionery' to be Served at APEC

Buchang Confectionery, famous for its walnut snacks associated with actor Lee Jang-woo, will be served at the upcoming APEC summit, which takes place in October in Gyeongju, South Korea. The brand, part of the food content company FG, achieved a record of selling 100 million walnut snacks within six months of its launch. Dubbed as 'hot desserts' by Japanese media, these walnut confections are now expanding their presence in major South Korean retail outlets and are considering entering the Japanese market. FG aims to utilize this global platform to promote K-food globally and plans to open a flagship store and a confectionery school in Gyeongju.
