Barrier-Free Exhibition Guide at Seoul Craft Museum

The Seoul Craft Museum announces the launch of a new barrier-free exhibition guide service utilizing NFC technology from August. This service allows all visitors, including those with visual and hearing impairments, to easily access exhibition details via smartphones. By touching an NFC tag or scanning a QR code next to exhibits, users can receive audio guides or sign language explanation videos. Foreign visitors can select guides in English, Chinese, Japanese, or other languages. This initiative not only enhances accessibility but also supports a paperless environment in the museum.
