Zigzag Expands Same-day Delivery to Southern Regions Including Cheonan and Asan

KakaoStyle's fashion commerce platform, Zigzag, is expanding its rapid delivery service, 'Straight Delivery,' to include same-day delivery in Cheonan and Asan, South Chungcheong Province, beyond its initial service areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. Previously available in all of Seoul and over 80% of Gyeonggi, as well as certain districts in Incheon, the service now reaches more districts and towns in these southern regions. Straight Delivery continues to report high logistics efficiency, with 99% on-time dispatch rate and 97-98% completion rate for customer deliveries. Now featuring over 10,000 stores offering fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and food products, Zigzag has established itself as a leader in fast delivery within the fashion industry in Korea. The move aims to enhance delivery benefits and maintain high performance metrics while broadening product categories, enabling customers to choose between same-day, overnight, or standard delivery options when purchasing items.
