Haevichi Rolling Hills Hotel in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, is hosting a 'Healthy Summer Dinner Buffet' and 'Bojangshik Hansang' promotion at its Blue Sapphire Restaurant to coincide with Chobok (the first of the three boknal days). The buffet features seasonal delights like grilled sea eel with gochujang (Korean red chili paste), beef soup, and beef perilla seed soup. It also includes traditional Korean health foods such as octopus samhap and galbi-jjim (braised short ribs), along with muk-muchim (seasoned acorn jelly) and barley rice. The 'Bojangshik Hansang' features abalone herbal galbitang (Korean soup made with beef ribs and herbal medicine) for energy restoration. The promotion runs until August 31.
