BBQ Appoints New CEO from CJ

Genesis BBQ has appointed Kim Ji-hoon, a former management leader at CJ CheilJedang, as its new CEO. Born in 1972, Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in aesthetics and earned a master's degree in marketing from Indiana University in the USA. He previously served as the head of food exports at CJ CheilJedang. BBQ believes Kim's expertise in food and dining from his time at CJ will enhance the brand's value.
