Centrum Air, a new airline from Uzbekistan, is set to launch its regular flights between Incheon and Tashkent starting July 25th, expanding into the Korean market. Flights will be available twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using an A321-Neo aircraft, offering convenience for both business travelers and tourists by saving on accommodation costs on the last day of travel. Tashkent, known as the ancient Silk Road hub and capital of Uzbekistan, boasts high tourist demand due to its proximity to historical cities like Samarkand and Bukhara. To commemorate the new route, Centrum Air is offering special promotional fares starting at 274,400 KRW (about 200 USD) including 23 kg of checked baggage, bookable until December 31st on its official website or through travel agencies. This route strengthens connections between Korea and Central Asia, also enhancing the airline's international network. Uzbekistan allows 30-day visa-free entry for South Korean citizens, facilitating travel and cultural exchange.
