Artist Wan-Sook Lee's solo exhibition "Beyond" takes place at the Slow Time Gallery in Chuncheon until the 13th. Featuring 37 artworks, it portrays middle-aged women in graceful poses, reflecting their inner dreams and aspirations after life's responsibilities. The exhibition highlights the dynamic emotions and aspirations of women, including a piece inspired by Lee's personal loss of her 26-year-old child called "Sadness." This work conveys warmth and hope. The exhibition showcases the transition from static reliefs to more dynamic expressions, emphasizing hope and the inner self.
