KORAIL Tourism Development has launched a 3-day premium travel package targeting active seniors in collaboration with Busan Tourism Organization. This package, called 'Travel Masterpiece', emerges as a novel offering aimed particularly at older, active generations known for enjoying leisure and social activities post-retirement. The inclusive travel plans feature high-end services such as KTX premium seats, private vehicle transfers, accommodations at Signiel Hotel, and a rich cultural itinerary including private yacht tours, traditional performances, and Michelin-star dining experiences. Priced at 2.5 million KRW per person, the initiative reflects a shift towards wellness-focused travel demand among seniors and fits a niche market also of interest to foreign individual tourists (FITs).
