KBSI Begins Recruitment for Junior Doctor Program to Engage Youth in Science

The Korea Basic Science Institute (KBSI) is recruiting participants for the 18th Junior Doctor program, aimed at youth aged 8-16. The program, held in the Daedeok Innopolis, a science and technology cluster in Daejeon, offers over 350 science experience programs across 35 institutions. This year, it will run from July 22 to August 29, including activities in other locations like Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Ochang. Participants are selected by lottery, with applications open online until July 15. The opening ceremony on July 25 will feature various interactive activities including a science magic show and a photo booth with a mascot 'Curiance.'
