Lotte Hotel & Resorts Hosts 'Premium Sauce Fair' for Young Chefs

Lotte Hotel & Resorts organized the 'Premium Sauce Fair', an in-house competition aimed at discovering and showcasing the creativity and practical skills of young chefs through the development of unique and trendy sauces. The event featured 23 chefs from seven hotels presenting sauces that reflected their venues' concepts and customer needs. Awards were given based on taste, marketability, creativity, and standardization potential. The top award went to 'Crab Meat Carrot Sauce' developed by Chef Ji-hye Ahn from Lotte Hotel Seoul.
