The London Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the cornerstones of the British classical music scene, will be visiting Korea after two years. The concert, organized by Vincero, will take place at the Seoul Arts Center on October 14. The orchestra's principal conductor, Edward Gardner, will join the concert, leaving a strong impression on Korean audiences as he did during their last visit in 2023. The renowned Korean pianist Yeol Eum Son, known for her delicate playstyle and referred to as the 'Poet of Piano', will collaborate with the orchestra. The program will feature pieces such as Mendelssohn's 'Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage' and Tchaikovsky's 'Piano Concerto No. 1', followed by Brahms' Symphony No. 2 in the second part of the concert. This spectacle will continue with performances in Daejeon, Busan, and Gyeonggi.
