Amorepacific Heiress Seo Ho-jung Joins Osulloc in Business Expansion

Seo Ho-jung, the second daughter of Amorepacific Group Chairman Seo Kyung-bae, has officially joined the group subsidiary Osulloc as a new employee in the Product Development team. The move comes as her older sister, Seo Min-jung, previously considered the leading candidate for succession, remains on leave for nearly two years. Seo Ho-jung, a Cornell University graduate in Hotel Administration, will assist in product development and marketing at Osulloc. Industry analysts speculate that the management succession plan has shifted, with Seo Ho-jung receiving business education and a 2.55% stake in Amorepacific Holdings, compared to Seo Min-jung's 2.75% stake.
