A South Korean court has issued a provisional injunction preventing Yun Sang-hyun, the vice chairman of Kolmar Holdings, from disposing of shares he received as a gift. This injunction is part of an ongoing family feud over management rights within Kolmar Group, particularly concerning a subsidiary, Kolmar BNH. The controversy began when Yun Sang-hyun’s sister opposed his appointment of a new director, citing a threat to management authority. This family dispute escalated when the group's chairman, Yun Dong-han, decided to support his daughter, turning the sibling rivalry into a father-son conflict.
