Korean Cosmetics Achieve Record Export Figures

In the first half of this year, South Korean cosmetics exports reached a new high despite a decrease in exports to China. The total export value increased by 14.8% compared to last year, reaching $5.5 billion. While China remained the largest export market, its share fell by 10.8%. Meanwhile, markets in Europe, the Middle East, and other regions expanded, with notable growth in countries such as Poland, the UK, and France. The Korean government is actively supporting cosmetic companies in navigating foreign regulations to boost further international trade.
