Lotte Hotels & Resorts is hosting a summer-limited 'wellness' themed buffet promotion across six of its buffet restaurants until August 15. This promotion, focusing on 'food wellness', features health-boosting seasonal dishes such as herbal oxtail stew, eel soup, and black chicken porridge. Each restaurant also offers unique dishes like grilled freshwater eel and abalone pasta. Other dishes include herbal peach salad, taco-flavored grilled chicken on guacamole, ginseng ice cream, and bokbunja jelly (a type of jelly made with Korean black raspberries).
