Appearing on the YouTube channel 'Im Ha-ryong Show', he expressed gratitude for his wife, who he believes has always guided him wisely like a navigator. Despite his initial fear of being labeled with a mental illness, he chose to enter the hospital due to severe panic disorder and depression, ultimately leading to a successful album release despite initial concerns. Panic disorder involves unexpected extreme anxiety, and its symptoms can usually peak within 10 minutes, including rapid heartbeat, sweating, and difficulty breathing. Proper diagnosis and treatment can lead to significant improvement for most patients, otherwise, the condition can worsen and be complicated by agoraphobia or depression.
