Scholarship Donation by Korea's Private School Pension Fund for Underprivileged Students

The Korea Private School Teachers' Pension (사학연금) has donated 30 million KRW to support low-income students through the Community Chest of Korea (사랑의열매). This contribution is designated for the medical expenses of three pediatric cancer patients and educational support for five adolescents preparing for independence. The fund was established through regular and one-time donations from private school teachers and pension subscribers. The initiative is a result of a partnership between 사학연금 and 사랑의열매, aiming to support education, medical costs, and self-reliance of underprivileged students.
