This deal highlights the global appeal of K-Beauty (Korean Beauty) trends. Founded by Gang Yoon-sun, a celebrated entrepreneur in Korea, Junowon Hair has grown into a major beauty brand with over 3000 employees and 180 locations in South Korea. The company, which operates its salons directly, plans to expand further internationally, having already opened stores in countries like the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore. The transaction is expected to further boost its international outreach.
