Korean painter Seo Seung-won (84) showcases his new works in a solo exhibition titled 'The Interplay' at the PKM Gallery in Seoul. Known for his geometric abstract series called ‘Simultaneity’, Seo’s recent pieces feature softly blending colors and shapes. His works investigate the interaction between light, space, and form, reflecting his lifelong quest for Korean identity in abstract art. Seo has been a significant figure in Korea's art scene since the 1960s, contributing to the avant-garde movement and participating in international exhibitions. His works are held in renowned museums, and his exhibitions continue to explore themes of reflection and Korean essence. This exhibition runs until July 12 and is free to the public.
