Exploring the History of Dalseong, Daegu with Upcoming Cultural Lectures

This July, Daegu Hyangto History Museum will host engaging history and culture lectures. On July 3, Dr. Lee Seong-woo from Chungnam National University will discuss the role of Dalseong Park in the Korean independence movement, while on July 17, Dr. Kim Jung-woon from Kyungpook National University will provide insights into historical documentation of Daegu’s administrative history. Open to anyone interested in history, these lectures at the Daegu Modern History Museum promise new perspectives on Daegu's cultural heritage. Activities for families and children also run from late July to mid-August, focusing on archaeological explorations of Dalseong and its ancient tombs.
