Jeju Dream Tower's Grand Hyatt Jeju introduces a new 'High Tea Set' at the 'Skyview Lounge 38', inspired by traditional Korean tea tables. Crafted by Michelin 3-star pastry chef Jonathan, formerly of Macau’s 'Robuchon', the set features savory items like spinach crepes and bulgogi mini buns, along with desserts like stone Dol Hareubang cake and tropical fruit domes. It includes two cups of Terra Rosa coffee or premium tea, available from noon to 10 PM. Located on the 38th floor, the lounge offers panoramic views of Jeju city, the ocean, airport, and runway.
