Josun Hotels and Resorts Celebrates 80th Anniversary of Liberation with Veterans

Josun Hotels and Resorts commemorated the 80th anniversary of Korea's Liberation Day by hosting a social contribution event for veterans. Employees from The Westin Josun Busan and Grand Josun Busan participated in a forest healing program called 'A Day in the Hero's Forest,' aiming to promote physical and mental healing for veterans residing in Busan. The program was organized in collaboration with Korea Forest Welfare Institute and Busan Veterans Affairs Office, emphasizing respect for veterans' sacrifices and aiming to improve their health and quality of life. Activities included exercise, craft with forest resources, and comforting tea sessions. Additionally, employees actively participated in the eco-friendly coastal cleanup campaign 'Clean the Sea' to protect marine environments. Josun Hotels also donated fans to Seoul-based veterans during June. A representative expressed commitment to creating meaningful programs for veterans in the future.
