Korean Chef Jung Ji-sun to Showcase Korean Street Food at North America's Largest Food Expo

Chef Jung Ji-sun is set to participate in the Summer 2025 Fancy Food Show in New York, where she will demonstrate Korean street food culture, including the preparation of ramen using an automatic cooking device by The Touch On. YouTuber Hibab will also participate, highlighting the self-service ramen café concept at 'The Ramen House' by filming mukbang content. The expo, the largest of its kind in North America with over 2,000 participating food brands, focuses on B2B transactions and is a prominent food industry event. Chef Jung is known from the Netflix show 'Dark Black Chef: The Cooking Class War,' where she earned the nickname 'Queen of Dim Sum,' while Hibab is a popular YouTuber with 1.7 million subscribers known for eating large quantities of food.
