The name 'Mac-Gang' combines the year 1883, marking the opening of Incheon Port, with 'mac' from 'beer' and 'gang' from 'chicken gangjeong.' To boost foreign tourism, this event has been held since 2023, and this year's edition welcomed both locals and tourists. The event aims to promote Incheon's unique culinary culture.
