Cosmax has received a re-approval from the U.S. FDA for its sunscreen production facility in Hwaseong, allowing them to expand their sunscreen product range by over three times this year. The FDA re-inspected the facility last October and recently confirmed its compliance for manufacturing OTC (Over The Counter) products, a classification that sunscreen falls under in the U.S. With these approvals, Cosmax aims to strengthen its position in the global sunscreen market, promoting its K-Sunscreen (Korean sunscreen products) internationally.
