Sienna Primo, a heritage hotel set for its grand opening in July, will introduce an upscale Korean dining experience at its Cabin Bosco Restaurant. Under the expertise of Chef Chang-Yeol Lee, the new menu modernizes traditional Korean dishes with a luxurious touch and artistic presentation. The dinner course features a journey through Korea's seasonal flavors starting from appetizers like abalone wrap and ginseng tempura. Main courses follow, including raw beef, abalone porridge, grilled ribs, and are concluded with sweet rice dough and cinnamon punch for dessert. The hotel aims to provide a high-end and sophisticated experience appealing to guests of all ages. The dinner course is priced at 195,000 won per person and will be available from July 18.
