The recently opened Siena Primo, a contemporary heritage hotel, introduces a refined Korean dining experience at their new Cabosco Restaurant. The menu, a modern reinterpretation of traditional Korean cuisine, offers a dinner course featuring exquisite dishes that reflect Korea's four seasons. Renowned chef Lee Chang-Yeol, formerly of a top luxury hotel, showcases his expertise in elegant Korean dining. The course includes starters like abalone ssam and ginseng tempura, followed by main dishes such as yukhoe (Korean steak tartare), abalone porridge, and galbi gui (grilled ribs), culminating with desserts like omija rice cake and sujeonggwa (cinnamon punch). A selection of premium à la carte options is also available for lunch, featuring dishes like Jeju grilled silver hairtail and Hanwoo beef soup. The dinner course is priced at 195,000 won per person and will be available from July 18. Pre-opening room reservations are currently available via their website.
