29CM, a South Korean select shop known for its fashionable picks, reports a notable 20% increase in sales for its underwear and loungewear category in the second quarter of this year compared to last year, driven by the growing 'Body Neutrality' trend. This concept emphasizes comfort and respect for natural body shapes. Products like wire-free bras and seamless panties are gaining popularity. With an ongoing demand for summer clothing in sheer materials, interest in matching functional underwear has also surged. Various brands, such as 'Hupo' and 'Inae', are exploring eco-friendly materials and diverse designs. From June 27 to July 6, 29CM will host the 'First Touch' event, offering discounts on trendy brands and items.
