North Korea has completed the construction of the Wonsan-Kalma Coastal Tourist Zone, a large beach resort in Gangwon Province, with accommodations for nearly 20,000 guests. This zone, which includes various recreational and cultural facilities, is aimed to attract both domestic and international tourists. Kim Jong-un attended the grand opening ceremony, expressing his satisfaction as the project is one of this year's significant achievements. The resort is set to initially open to domestic tourists starting next month, with indications of future offerings for foreign tourists, including Russians.
