Lotte Hotel Seoul is opening a wellness food popup store from June 27 to July 10 at the Lotte Department Store's main branch in Euljiro, Seoul. The popup will feature 17 selected wellness dishes from Korean, Western, Japanese, Chinese cuisines, and bakery, curated by the hotel's chefs. Exclusive limited-time dishes are also available. Highlights include Korean cuisine like short ribs stew with whole ginseng from "Mugunghwa" and low-calorie seafood mustard salad for summer health. "Delica Hans" offers carrot rabe sandwich and mango tart. Other specialties include laver lasagna from the buffet restaurant "La Seine," barbecued eel rice bowl, futomaki from "Momoyama" the Japanese restaurant, and mapo tofu from "Dorim" the Chinese restaurant.
